  • A PDF of 6 pages makes 4 sheets on paper with the cover sheet, and costs NOK 22.
  • The paper price is held when you send. If the letter reaches Digipost, only the digital price is drawn.
  • Prices are drawn from your balance. The plan you choose comes on top; every plan is on the pricing page.

Questions about letters

What happens if the recipient does not have Digipost?

We print the letter and send it by post to the address you gave. You pay the paper price only when the letter goes on paper.

What does a letter cost?

In Digipost NOK 5. On paper NOK 19 for up to 2 sheets, and NOK 1.50 per extra sheet. The cover sheet counts as one sheet.

What does the PDF need?

A4 pages, embedded fonts, no password and at most 1 MB. A paper letter can have up to 10 sheets.

Can I send a letter without making a PDF?

Yes. Send plain text or use a letter template, and we set the text under your letterhead with the logo and return address.

How do I know the letter was delivered?

We check the status at Digipost every 15 minutes and send the event letter.status when the letter is posted, delivered or has failed.
