What transcription costs
You pay per started minute of audio.

- A recording of 30 minutes 10 seconds is 31 started minutes and costs NOK 1.86.
- A call must be recorded to be transcribed, so the recording comes on top.
- If a job fails, you pay nothing.
- Prices are drawn from your balance. The plan you choose comes on top; every plan is on the pricing page.
All prices exclude VAT.
Know when the text is ready
Your server hears about it through a webhook.
transcription.job.completed- A job is done, with its length, language and price.
transcription.job.failed- A job failed or was cancelled, with an error code.
call.ended- A call is over. The field transcriptReady says whether the text is ready.

Which audio formats can I send?
- WAV. We measure the length of the file before the price is held, and the measurement reads WAV files. We fetch the file from an https link you give us.
How long can an audio file be?
- Up to 2 hours per job.
Which languages can you transcribe?
- You can ask for Norwegian or English. Leave the language empty, and the service finds it itself; the answer says which language it heard.
How is the price worked out?
- Per started minute of audio. A recording of 30 minutes 10 seconds is 31 minutes and costs NOK 1.86.
Can I get subtitle files?
- Yes. Fetch the result with format=srt or format=vtt. Every line gets timestamps, and the speaker comes first.
Can phone calls be transcribed?
- Yes. Turn on recording and transcription when you call. The text is made when the call is over, and sits with the call in the dashboard.
Who does the speech recognition?
- The speech recognition is done by ElevenLabs. Where the data is processed is on the subprocessors page. See the subprocessors
